Cancellation Policy
We offer a 20-minute grace period for appointments. If you're late beyond this, you’ll need to reschedule. To avoid any issues, please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. You can transfer your deposit once, but after a second reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a 50% charge of the total service fee. All appointments require a $30 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your total service cost.
